Anti-Carceral Crisis Response Webinar

How can organizations and community groups respond to crisis in ways that don’t replicate harm or traumatize others? This webinar will support you in program design and skills-building for crisis response strategies that do not rely on police or punishment. Using abolitionist social work practices, Brianna will guide you to identify, generate, and/or re-work anti-carceral solutions for your own workplaces and communities. Through a design-oriented approach to crisis response, this offering supports you in developing individual and collective safety and crisis plans with feasible alternatives to punitive crisis response.

This event is a 90 minute webinar hosted on Zoom with 60 minutes being the presentation and 30 minutes for Q&A.
